LDI (Laser Direct Imaging), a pivotal technology in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and flat-panel displays (FPDs), replaces traditional photolithography’s film masks with high-precision laser beams to directly “draw” circuit patterns or pixel structures on photosensitive substrates.
