Parallel 405nm 100mW Uniform Line Laser Module for Machine Vision
The 405nm 100mW uniform line laser module shape a point laser into a line laser module through a cylindrical mirror to form a uniform line, which features uniform distribution, clear and bright light. By adopting a Powell prism and technical shaping, the uniform line laser achieves a power density uniformity of over 80%.
At a working distance of 300mm, the line laser module has a line width of less than 200um and a line length of 100mm. The 405nm 100mw line laser module supports TTL modulation, with a response frequency of < 15kHz and a 100% duty cycle.
People apply it in machine vision, 3D scanning, measurement, profile measurement, semiconductor circuit inspection, industrial inspection, object measurement, image recognition, and other fields.
