The JLD80X00Z-C series is a versatile lineup of 808nm high-power C-mount laser diodes, engineered to deliver scalable output (1W, 2W, 3W, 5W) for demanding industrial, medical, and laser pumping applications. 1W (JLD80100Z-C): Operates at ≤1300mA current, with 12/40° (fast/slow axis) beam divergence (12/10° when collimated).
2W (JLD80200Z-C): Runs at ≤2500mA current, retaining the same wavelength and beam characteristics as the 1W model.
3W (JLD80300Z-C): Uses ≤3700mA current, with TM polarization (versus TE for lower-power variants) for specialized setups.
