Speckle Structured Light Laser: Core Light Source for 3D Depth Vision
What is The Speckle Structured Light Laser?
The laser chip, driving circuit and DOE (Diffractive Optical Element) jointly make up a speckle structured light integrated laser module. It diffracts single laser beam into millions of fixed, pseudo-random speckle dots via special DOE optics and projects unique granular speckle patterns onto target surfaces.

Each speckle cluster owns exclusive spatial features. Furthermore, once projected onto uneven objects, speckle positions deform in accordance with surface fluctuations. Subsequently, paired with an infrared camera, the system calculates depth data via pattern offset and triangulation algorithms to realize real-time 3D depth mapping from just a single captured frame.

Most mainstream products adopt 830 nm, 850 nm and 940 nm near-infrared wavelengths for eye-safe invisible projection. Meanwhile, customized 450 nm blue speckle lasers are also offered for industrial inspection scenarios. In addition, our modules boast compact form factor, stable optical output, tunable speckle density and reliable continuous operation under industrial working conditions.

Core Applications:
- Mobile phone Face ID facial recognition ( classic Apple PrimeSense speckle solution)
2. 3D handheld scanner, reverse modeling & industrial dimension inspection
3. Robot obstacle avoidance + AR/VR real-time gesture tracking
4. Automated production line machine vision detection
